Whenever we are angry, its good for us to express the anger. coz if we suppress it and keep it inside us, one day, it'll turn us into a beast. we all know this but the problem lies with people who cannot control their anger....
just take a simple example. this guy is frustrated with his teammates in a game. he got pissed off with them and walked away. well, it's normal. but if he shows his frustration to another fren who he meets on the way back, he's an a**hole. if you are angry with something, let it go to that particular something. if you are angry with ur books, y r u kicking the chair? this will only make u more lonely. and trust me, when u need someone and there's no one for ya to turn to, u'll suffer. to avoid that, it's always better to control ur anger. anger, an alphabet short of danger, will accumulate only when u keep it. forget about it. everyone makes mistakes. forgive and forget. if you keep blaming and finding faults, u'll be always angry.
meditation seems to be the best way to stay happy and calm. dun be angry on anything which don't worth even ur thoughts. coz no one like to be angry or to be with someone who's angry. talking to a fren will help as well. u will not only feel better after talking but the relationship with your fren will become stronger. u'll find a fren in the person as well. so smile and stay cool.
