i voted for the first time in my life last saturday... but the journey back was frustrating! trapped in the traffic jam near the checkpoint. i walked for more than 4km before i reached JB. bought a bus ticekt back and i was in my hometown in the morning.
Politic tsunami was what described about the Malaysian general election. The government asked the people to voice out through the election and people did. The silent majotiry has spoken at last. I guess the government has learned something and will try to improve.
Corruption is still the main problem among the politicians. But nothing has surfaced so far. I have no idea how these people are getting away but it looks like even the anti-corruption force is corrupted. the only way to overcome this problem is the people have to come together. unity is the word to clear the corruption fog.
Look at Singapore, one of the world's least corrupted government. Singapore is not looking back and striving forward with the fifth gear. other countries just realized that they have been on the reverse gear. but life has to go on. Malaysia Boleh!
