Something interesting....

I entered my class (4e1) with the stern look. I did not reply the smile of my students while they entered the class. They were noisy at first but settled down very fast. I was still with my 'deadly' look. After greeting, I started to lecture them. I told them that I'm very angry with they way they are behaving. Will punish them if they continue to behave that way. They were quiet. I could sense the fear among themselves. Some did not quite understand what could have made me that angry.

After a while, I explained the rational. I was about to conduct a class on anger management. So i started off by pretending to be angry. It worked. My students were terrified and horrified. Well, I told them that though the message i wanted to channel was good, but the way i approached was wrong. No one likes to listen to angry people. ANGER stands for Arrogant, Nonsense, Gullible, Emotional and Rude. Vinodh helped me in that term. Then I could see my students easing off... haha. :) Sorry guys to scare u all. But everyone of u can improve on ur behaviour!

Today, i got to know that one of my students, Beverly, is the school netball captain. Cool. And they are playing this afternoon. Guess where???? NUS SRC. Oh, my God!! I wonder if there's any netball courts in NUS SRC. Maybe they'll be playing on the basketball court or in MPSH 5. I wanna go but i have to attend a meeting in school. Maybe the next time. next Wed.
